FREE SHIPPING TERMS: You may qualify for free ground shipping if your order is over $99.00, you use the coupon code - free - upon checkout, and you are not required to choose air shipping because of your location - outside our 2 day ground shipping area. If you are not able to choose ground as a shipping option, you can use the coupon code - air - for a $10.00 discount on your air shipping charges for orders over $99.00. PLEASE NOTE: Please note that the shipping time you choose for your order, even if Next Day Air, does not determine when your order is shipped, but the maximum time your order will be in transit once we have shipped it. Orders may be held for shipment the following week to avoid being held over the weekend by UPS. Please note that we charge shipping based on weight of order, destination and speed of delivery method chosen. * We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. * UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. * There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST), it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day. * We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ship all international shipments through the US Postal Service. Any duties, taxes or any type of extra charges on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. The only shipping option available to you is the International Option - Please do not choose ground or air which are US Domestic only options. You will receive an email from us giving you your shipping charges before we ship your order. Any Taxes, Import or excise taxes or fees and/or restrictions and limitations imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
